Terms of Service & Quantitative Risk Disclosure

Effective Date: January 1, 2026 · Governing Entity: AmzDoge AI Quantitative Trading Ltd.

1. AI Quantitative Arbitrage Cycle Mechanics

When you launch an AI Quantitative Bot cycle on AmzDoge, your allocated USDT principal is atomically locked for the exact duration of the selected strategy (e.g., 2 Hours, 24 Hours, 3 Days, 7 Days, 14 Days, or 30 Days). Upon cycle maturity, our settlement engine automatically unlocks 100% of your principal plus the realized cycle yield directly into your Available USDT balance.

2. Treasury Custody, Deposits & 6-Digit PIN Withdrawals

All deposits are processed in USDT via TRON (TRC-20) or Ethereum (ERC-20) payment gateways verified by cryptographic HMAC-SHA512 IPN signatures. Withdrawals require a bound wallet address and verification of your personal 6-digit Transaction PIN. If a withdrawal request is rejected by compliance review, 100% of the locked withdrawal amount is automatically refunded to your Available USDT balance inside an atomic database transaction.

3. 3-Tier Referral Profit-Share Program & Anti-Abuse Policy

AmzDoge distributes automated multi-tier referral rebates (Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3) derived exclusively from realized quantitative cycle yields of downline participants. Multi-accounting for self-rebate sybil attacks or automated wash activity is strictly prohibited and may result in account freeze pending compliance audit.

4. Digital Asset & Quantitative Strategy Risk Disclosure

Digital asset trading and cross-exchange quantitative arbitrage involve market volatility, liquidity depth fluctuations, smart-contract execution risks, and blockchain network latency. Users should only allocate capital they can afford to commit for the duration of their chosen quantitative cycle.
